Pastry Week wasn’t as easy as pie
But Steph gave it her all and managed to fly
Her goat’s cheese and onion tart tatin
Used classic flavours and was an overall win
The technical gave everyone trouble
But Steph persevered and cracked the puzzle
Steph’s showstopper was a pastry carousel
That the judges thought looked beautiful
She filled it up with potato and chickpea
Which the judges said wasn’t too dry or soggy
So to Steph they awarded Star Baker
