About this Bake
Chocolate sponge base topped with rich chocolate marquise (mousse). I used Zila Cube Cake mould to create 25 uniform cubes with deep cavities in the middle. This time I used three different fillings: strawberry with strawberry jelly, Kirsch-soaked cherries with cherry jelly and vanilla enriched cust
Top tip
Always use cake release spray with the Zila Cake Mould and be creative with your fillings (the cavities can hold anything from custard to creme patisserie, so don't limit yourself).
