About this Bake

I made this for my daughter's 4th birthday. She loves bright colours and flowers and I was desperate to avoid the usual pink princess stuff so this is what I came up with. Just a simple Angel Cake with fondant icing and flowers, but she loved it.

Top tip

Don't start baking until your small children are safely out of the way in bed!
