About this Bake

I decided to make the Bake Off opening cake because while I am only 15-years-old it is one cake I have always wanted to make, partly because it is chocolate and partly because it is one of my favourite flavours: chocolate and raspberry.

Top tip

Use a ladle to get an equal amount of mixture in each cake tin.
