I have been completing the technical challenges each week, so here is my attempt at the Ma'amoul - the Middle Eastern filled pastry. The flavour is very tasty and aromatic. Thank you for the recipe Paul Hollywood.

Wear gloves to shape the filling and also to shape the dough once it's filled - it will make it easier to make and get a smooth finish.
