About this Bake

We baked a caramel infused 6 layer cake lined with caramel icing chopped pecan layers and a light caramel meringue icing. We topped the iced layers with a thick caramel wash, homemade rumballs with pecan detailing and finished with caramel glass and toffee spires.

Caramel spires burn quickly!
