About this Bake
This was my first attempt at Banana Loaf and I am not usually a fan of bananas! However, with the cinnamon and ginger in this it just tasted fabulous. An added bonus was that it made it out of the tin in one piece as well! :)
Top tip
Keep the oven on a relatively low heat (about Gas Mark 3) and bake for about 1 1/4 hours for an even bake :)
