A chocolate beetroot cake, coated in chocolate ganache, edged with a chocolate finger biscuit fence, topped with chocolate soil and fondant vegetables.
Top tip
I made chocolate soil using ground almonds, flour, butter and cocoa powder - but you could use crushed chocolate biscuits to save some time!
