Sharky was made from a cherry Bakewell sponge traybake, covered in marzipan and fondant.
Top tip
I always use cornflour to roll out fondant and marzipan instead of icing sugar which makes everything too sticky. Wear disposable gloves when handling and shaping fondant and marzipan.
