About this Bake
During a Bake Off binge, we watched in awe as Lottie created a coconut and lime Louis Theroux cake. We wanted to see how we could do and the results were equally as terrifying, sorry Louis!
Top tip
Use sugar water for sticking fondant together. Marshmallows make great teeth.
