About this Bake

Here I have made a Romanian style cozonac. It is a sweet dough with a chocolatey-nutty swirl with a hint of rum and orange. It's really nice a fluffy if baked well, and it tastes so nice. It also makes a great snack.

Top tip

Make sure the yeast has a warm liquid substance to mix in, that way you get a much better rise.
