About this Bake
I made this brownie tray bake for my partner who had just returned from representing Great Britain in the amateur cycling world championships in Italy. He certainly deserved a large slice after 125km!
Top tip
Using quality dark chocolate and plenty of “elbow grease” when mixing are important when making these brownies. Chocolate Brownies make a perfect gluten-free bake as they require very little flour.
