About this Bake
I am 64, a retired solicitor. My family all great cooks and bakers. As a surprise I baked my first ever cake. Nothing too fancy, just sponge, vanilla buttercream filling with raspberry, but it was GBBO that inspired me. It turned out OK and now I am in the family cookery team, at last.
