About this Bake
I made the 6 rainbow spong layers and sandwiched them together using vanilla buttercream to make a cake for my leaving party before my 6 week medical elective in Ghana, Africa, which would explain the animals and stethoscopes, created by my brother and his girlfriend.
Top tip
You're never too old to eat the leftover buttercream from the bowl!
