About this Bake
This cake was for my son's 6th birthday. I did two figures each night then the night before assembled the whole thing. It was a double chocolate cake filled with milk chocolate ganache.
Top tip
Don't be afraid of trying something that looks difficult. Just give yourself plenty of time and breathe!
