About this Bake
A three-layer vanilla sponge cake with vanilla buttercream and a white chocolate ganache to set. Decorated with fondant and sugar paste for a big Jack Skellington fan on her birthday.
Top tip
Take the cake out of the oven when the skewer has the smallest amount of cake on it as it will continue to cook in the time it takes to cool and won't go dry.
