A victoria sponge bottom tier with vanilla buttercream and a lemon sponge top tier with lemon buttercream. Both covered in fondant with hand crafted sugarpaste daisies.
Top tip
Once covered in buttercream, always place your cake in the fridge for at least an hour before covering with fondant. This prevents the fondant from getting wet and tearing.
