About this Bake
This is a two-tier sponge cake for a baby shower. The bottom tier is vanilla sponge with white chocolate and raspberry filling, covered in white chocolate ganache. The top tier is lemon sponge with lemon filling and white chocolate ganache. It went down a treat.
Top tip
Be patient with the painting and take your time with rolling fondant.
