About this Bake

Great opportunity to make a really creative cake copied from my own Chanel handbag. First time use of the stitch wheel - really fun! Chose Madeira cake as this is easier to sculpt into shape before applying a crumb coat and the final fondant icing.

Top tip

Madeira cake for a good sculpture.
