About this Bake
This is one of 6 mini cakes baked in a mini victoria sponge tin - 3 layers to each mini cake. These cakes were baked for a quiz team who had different jobs - look out for the chef :)
Top tip
I used a patterned rolling pin for the icing and hand moulded fondant icing for the top hat.
