About this Bake
This little bear was going to be a little doll on a cupcake, but then I thought it would be great to make a themed selection. I hadn't made cupcakes with sugar dough before, so this was all new for me.
Top tip
Cut the skirt with a little circle in the middle so the bear can slip in easily.
