About this Bake
I made this for a friend's mum's birthday. It was a vanilla sponge filled with Swiss meringue buttercream and raspberry conserve. I covered the sponge in milk chocolate ganache and then covered it with fondant icing. I made the fondant roses and put some edible lace around the bottom of the cake.
