About this Bake
A birthday cake for a lady who loves gardening with a cup of tea. It was a vanilla sponge filled with Swiss meringue buttercream and raspberry jam, topped with handmade edible decorations.
Top tip
Use ganache instead of buttercream around your cake to get a sharp edge when covering with sugarpaste.
