About this Bake
My grandson loves Peppa Pig so I decided to make him a 2nd birthday cake and mould Peppa out of royal icing. It didn’t turn out exactly like the character, but I think my grandson Luca did recognise it as Peppa. The cake was lemon sponge with strawberry mousse and tasted delicious.
Top tip
Practice a few times. If you leave it too late, be prepared for the outcome!
