About this Bake
Made for my son's 21st who is studying for an animation degree. Simple plain Victoria sponge mix using 4 eggs. Had great fun colouring the icing, used disposable gloves so no messy hands.
Top tip
Cover cake with a thin layer of butter icing before covering fondant icing to help it to stick.
