About this Bake

I chose chocolate and coconut sponges sandwiched with Malaysian coconut jam and wrapped in homemade chocolate marzipan. On top is the life cycle of the almond sculpted in marzipan.

Top tip

Freeze your cake before wrapping it in marzipan to make it easier to manoeuvre.
