About this Bake

I made this cake for a friend's 70th birthday party. Obviously, she was a big fan of Mardis Gras. She loved the cake - two chocolate sponge tiers filled with vanilla buttercream and raspberry coulis and one white filled with strawberry jam, all covered in chocolate buttercream and fondant.

Colour and prepare fondant ahead of time.
