About this Bake
I made this cake to enter into the Penarth Bake Off - first time I’ve tried anything like this and I’m really proud of it. A millionaire’s shortbread brought to life in cake form, with a chocolate ganache, muscovado sugar and assorted chocolates used for decoration.
