About this Bake
Over 100 profiteroles were used in this bake, each filled with a vanilla Chantilly cream. It was decorated with spun sugar and fresh flowers.
Top tip
After piping profiteroles, but before baking them, wet your finger and push the peaks down so that the tops are smooth to ensure they don't burn and cook evenly.
