About this Bake

I have never made a cake and I really wanted to give it a go. I was inspired by Rowan's cherry and chocolate cake and followed his recipe. I made a chocolate mascarpone cream instead of coffee and did chocolate truffle toppings as I couldn’t get cherries! It was beautiful, thank you Rowan.

Top tip

Just bake! I have never made a cake like this before. There were many elements but I just went for it and it turned out very well!
