About this Bake
This is my daughter's 12th birthday cake. She loves making s'mores. It is a four-layer chocolate sponge with ganache, homemade marshmallow fluff buttercream and biscuit crunch between each layer. It's covered in marshmallow buttercream and sandwiched between ganache and two large digestive biscuits.
Top tip
Use buttercream as a dam between layers to keep the form and stop the ganache leaking out.
