About this Bake

This was the first time I had worked with sugar from which I created the RAINBOW representing SOUTH AFRICA, highlighting the NEW YORK skyline, AND the BIG APPLE. The CHEESECAKE itself was a multi-layered rainbow of colours and flavours.
