About this Bake
Atop a crisp tart shell is a thin layer of pumpkin with mixed spice, followed by dollops of frangipane which are filled in with a fig design and chopped apples. Baked until golden.
Top tip
Soak the dried figs in spiced rum for 40 minutes prior to cutting. Place cut size up after adding dollops of frangipane over the pumpkin and spice layer.
