About this Bake

This was in celebration of my boyfriend's 30th birthday, he is obsessed with Back to the Future! The cake was a rich chocolate sponge with chocolate buttercream, and covered with sugarpaste, as well as MMP for wheels, etc.

Top tip

Bake the sponge in advance and freeze to make carving easier.
