About this Bake
I made this cake for our Cake Club event back at Easter, the theme was spring! I was gutted when I got the wrong venue so nobody got to see/taste it :( Everyone at work the next day however was quite pleased as it meant more cake for them!
Top tip
Make sure you use a ruler to measure your sponges and trim exactly! It makes the end result stunning.
