It was for my son’s 17th birthday and it was delicious.
Top tip
Seal the loose bottom pans before lining them. Don’t use cling film instead of acetate for making the shards. If you don’t like the strong dark chocolate taste, you maybe need to use half milk chocolate and half dark chocolate for the ganache.
