Two simple caramel cakes sandwiched and covered by salted caramel chocolate ganache, topped with salted caramel drips and decorated with orange-flavoured pumpkin macarons with a salted caramel buttercream filling and cream “leaves”.

Top tip

Whipped salted caramel chocolate ganache! Melt the chocolate with the caramel, leave to set for a few hours then whip up to deliciousness.
