About this Bake
Three layers of rich chocolate cake, layered with salted caramel, maltesers and chocolate frosting. It has a hidden malteser centre and a white chocolate drip (which I coloured purple).
Top tip
Be very cautious when melting the white chocolate. It has a low melting point and seizes easily.
