About this Bake
The scones were quite fun to make rubbing in the flour making it a sandy texture then mixing in the sour cream and the little of milk where next I bring it together it stays compact and then you roll it out not too thin to cut them and bake.
Top tip
Don’t knead too much and be careful when rolling so not too thick or thin.
