About this Bake
This is the technical from series 8, episode 8. I’ve been slowly making my way through all the technical challenges for the entire series. I made this to bring to my friend’s Christmas dinner and it was a big hit. Will definitely make it again.
Top tip
Assemble the lattice directly on the tart.
