About this Bake

Our local organ player had his 80th birthday, so my daughter Emma asked me to make him a special cake. The pipes are chocolate twists with white chocolate buttons for organ stops. The sheet music is real.

Top tip

My wife baked an ordinary sponge and I did the icing.
