About this Bake
This was my first wedding cake. Everything was hand-made from flower paste and attached with royal icing. Two carrot cake, three vanilla sponge was transported, stacked and decorated for 33 mile trip!
Top tip
Don't try to cover a five-tier cake in mega hot weather.
