About this Bake
This was a birthday cake for my daughter Hannah. Her godmother Jane has made nearly all her birthday cakes and we decided to make this one together. Hannah is a student vet nurse at a vets near the seaside so she sometimes gets to treat seagulls.
Top tip
Roll out the fondant icing onto cling film and then place another piece on top so it doesn't stick to the rolling pin.
