About this Bake
Cycling in the Peak District was my saving grace during lockdown, so this is my "What I'm Grateful For" plaque. I used saffron, chocolate, black sesame seed, parmesan spinach and plain doughs.
Top tip
The less you stretch the dough, the less it seems to distort in the oven.
