I made these cupcakes for my friends birthday... She loves cupcakes, and all things vintage and pretty. She loved them as much as I did making them.
Top tip
You can prepare the decorations days before, so you can take your time for neatness and precision. The cake takes no time at all, and I always put jam inside my cupcakes it balances out the sweetness of the buttercream.
