About this Bake
I used a dense sponge recipe by Peggy Porschen as I find her sponges hold their shape well after carving. The letters were all hand cut but the Japanese writing was too fiddly so it's royal icing. There's a cupcake in the headphones under the fondant.
Remember to cut and shape your middle support board before stacking the cake on it! I didn't and had to re-stack!
