About this Bake

I was inspired by Mary Berry's masterclass but I decided to use lemon and ginger because my husband loves ginger! A bit of dark chocolate on the top looks good and goes well with lemon and ginger!

Top tip

I'm not sure I have any tips! I find that I get the best results if I take my time and weigh all my ingredients first before I start.
