About this Bake
Victoria sponge with buttercream filling and iced with coloured buttercream. Decorated to look like my daughter's favourite cuddly toy for her 7th birthday.
Top tip
Preparation is key... I'll try to remember that next time! Also, use a good quality food colouring paste for best colour.
