About this Bake
This cake was for my friend's daughter's eighth birthday party. The birthday party was festival themed, so I decided to use lots of colourful sprinkles to decorate the cake. Everyone loved the cake, especially the birthday girl.
Top tip
Although this cake is 'naked', I still do a really light crumb coat, then refrigerate for 30 minutes to make sure no crumbs show on my final, light coating of buttercream.
