About this Bake
A two tiered lemon and lime drizzle cake that was super soft and packed full of flavour. The two sponges were sandwiched with strawberry jam and buttercream, then topped with a ginger buttercream which was piped into little flowers.
Top tip
Experiment with bakes you are comfortable with - a lemon drizzle can be made with orange, lime, grapefruit and a carrot cake can use parsnip or apples!
